PICK YOUR PRIZE Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

  1. Promotion Dates

The “Pick Your Prize” Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a multi-market, multi-station giveaway administered by Stephens Media Group and its participating affiliate radio stations. The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. local time on Monday, October 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. local time on Friday, October 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

The Promotion will be conducted concurrently across the Participating Stations listed in Section 10 under the shared framework, schedule, entry procedures, and winner-selection process described in these Official Rules.

  1. How to Enter
  2. To participate in the Promotion, listen to a Participating Station during the Promotion Period for the on-air broadcast of a contest cue (the “Cue”) and a corresponding keyword (the “Keyword”). Each weekday (Monday through Friday) during the Promotion Period, up to thirteen (13) Cues may be broadcast on each Participating Station. Each Cue will include a unique Keyword. Additionally, up to one (1) bonus Keyword may be broadcast on each Participating Station on Saturday and/or Sunday.
  3. Upon hearing a Cue, participants must visit the designated website of the Participating Station they are listening to and enter the exact Keyword as announced on-air. At the time of entry, the participant must also select one (1) of the available prizes for which they wish to be entered to win. Entry must be submitted through the official contest entry form on that Participating Station’s designated website.
  4. Entry Limits
  5. Participants may submit only one (1) entry per Keyword, using the exact spelling of the Keyword as announced. Multiple entries for the same Keyword by the same participant may be disqualified.
  6. Participants may enter up to thirteen (13) times per weekday (Monday through Friday), provided that each entry corresponds to a unique Keyword announced on that day. Participants may also enter once per weekend by submitting the applicable bonus Keyword, if offered by the Participating Station.
  7. Entry Periods
  8. For purposes of the prize drawings, eligible entries from all Participating Stations will be pooled into five (5) separate Entry Periods each week as follows:
  • Weekend/Monday Entry Period: All eligible entries received from Saturday through Monday of a given contest week will be pooled together for one (1) drawing conducted after the close of Monday’s entry activity.
  • Tuesday Entry Period: All eligible entries received on Tuesday of that contest week will be pooled together for one (1) drawing.
  • Wednesday Entry Period: All eligible entries received on Wednesday of that contest week will be pooled together for one (1) drawing.
  • Thursday Entry Period: All eligible entries received on Thursday of that contest week will be pooled together for one (1) drawing.
  • Friday Entry Period: All eligible entries received on Friday of that contest week will be pooled together for one (1) drawing.
  1. This five-drawing structure will repeat for each of the four (4) contest weeks during the Promotion Period, resulting in a total of twenty (20) Entry Periods and twenty (20) potential prize winners, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
  2. Winner Selection and Notification
  3. Following the conclusion of each Entry Period, Stephens Media Group will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from all Participating Stations during that Entry Period. One (1) potential winner will be selected at random per Entry Period.
  4. The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone by a representative of Stephens Media Group using the phone number provided at the time of entry. To be declared an official winner, the selected entrant must be successfully reached by phone and must confirm eligibility.
  5. During the call, the selected entrant may be required to provide the following information for verification purposes:
  • Full legal name
  • Complete mailing address
  • Valid daytime and evening phone numbers
  • Date of birth
  • Social Security Number for prizes valued over $600, if required for tax reporting purposes
  1. If the selected entrant is unreachable by phone, fails to respond within the time specified by Stephens Media Group, fails to provide required information or documentation, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize for any reason, the entrant will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant may be selected from the remaining eligible entries, at the sole discretion of Stephens Media Group.
  2. Prizes
  3. Prize Awards: A total of twenty (20) prizes are expected to be awarded during the Promotion. Each winner will receive the specific prize selected by that entrant at the time of the winning entry, subject to availability, eligibility verification, and the provisions of these Official Rules.
  4. Prize Selection: Each entry is associated with the prize selected by the entrant when that entry is submitted. A participant may select the same prize or a different prize on subsequent eligible entries. Prize selection does not affect the odds of that entry being selected in the applicable Entry Period drawing.
  5. Prize Substitution: Stephens Media Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any selected prize with a prize of equal or greater value or with a check in the amount of the stated approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the originally selected prize, if the selected prize becomes unavailable or fulfillment is otherwise impracticable.
  6. Prize Fulfillment: Prizes will generally be fulfilled within six (6) to eight (8) weeks following confirmation of the winner’s eligibility and receipt of all required documentation, including a completed and signed winner affidavit or release, if applicable. Unless otherwise determined by Stephens Media Group, prizes may be shipped to the winner’s Participating Station for distribution or provided directly to the winner.
  7. Taxes and Other Costs: All federal, state, and local taxes, including income taxes, and all other costs or expenses not specifically described as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be issued an IRS Form 1099 or other applicable tax form based on the actual value of the prize awarded, as required by law.
  8. Prize Values: The ARV of each prize will be disclosed on the applicable contest page or prize listing. The aggregate ARV of all prizes awarded will depend on the specific prizes selected by the twenty (20) verified winners.
  9. Eligibility and Winner Limitations
  10. Final Decision Authority: All decisions made by Stephens Media Group regarding administration of the Promotion, eligibility of entrants, selection of winners, interpretation of these Official Rules, and awarding of prizes are final and binding in all respects.
  11. Prize Limitations: An individual may win only one (1) prize during the entire Promotion. Only one (1) prize may be awarded per household. Any entrant or household determined to have won more than one prize may be disqualified from any additional prize, and such additional prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.
  12. Age Requirement: Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry unless a higher minimum age is required by applicable law in the entrant’s jurisdiction.
  13. Residency/Listening Area: Entrants must be legal residents of the United States who reside within the normal terrestrial broadcast listening area of at least one Participating Station, unless otherwise stated on the applicable station contest page or required by law.
  14. Ineligible Persons: Employees of Stephens Media Group, the Participating Stations, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), and persons living in the same household as such individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win.
  15. Odds of Winning
  16. The odds of winning in any Entry Period depend on the total number of eligible entries received from all Participating Stations for that Entry Period. Each eligible entry included in an Entry Period has an equal chance of being selected in the applicable random drawing.
  17. Because the number of eligible entries may vary from one Entry Period to another and cannot be known in advance, the exact odds of winning cannot be determined before each drawing. An entrant’s selection of a particular prize does not increase or decrease the chance that the entrant’s eligible entry will be selected as the winner of the applicable Entry Period.
  18. General Conditions
  19. Technical Issues: Stephens Media Group and the Participating Stations are not responsible for technical difficulties, transmission errors, internet or service interruptions, website or entry-form malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or delays in streaming audio that may affect a listener’s ability to hear a Cue or Keyword or otherwise participate. Because online streams may be delayed relative to over-the-air broadcasts, listeners who participate by streaming may experience timing delays that could affect participation.
  20. Publicity Release: By entering the Promotion, each entrant, and by accepting a prize each winner, grants Stephens Media Group and the Participating Stations the right, except where prohibited by law, to use the entrant’s or winner’s name, city of residence, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information, and/or biographical information for promotional or advertising purposes in any media without further compensation or notice.
  21. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel: Stephens Media Group reserves the right to terminate, suspend, extend, or modify the Promotion or any portion of it at any time, with or without notice, if fraud, technical failures, force majeure events, legal or regulatory concerns, or any other factor impairs or may impair the integrity, security, fairness, administration, or proper functioning of the Promotion.
  22. Disqualification: Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Stephens Media Group. Any attempt to tamper with or deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may violate criminal and civil law, and Stephens Media Group reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  23. Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Stephens Media Group, the Participating Stations, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or the receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except to the extent such release is prohibited by applicable law.
  24. Standard Contest Rules: These Official Rules are specific to the “Pick Your Prize” Promotion. Each Participating Station’s standard contest rules also apply unless specifically modified by these Official Rules. In the event of a conflict regarding this Promotion, these Official Rules will control to the extent permitted by law.
  25. Availability of Rules: A copy of these Official Rules will be available on the designated website of each Participating Station during the Promotion Period and may also be requested from the applicable Participating Station during normal business hours.
  26. Participating Radio Stations

The “Pick Your Prize” Promotion is being conducted concurrently and collectively by the following Stephens Media Group radio stations (the “Participating Stations”):

  • KCDU – Monterey, CA
  • KWAV – Monterey, CA
  • KABX – Merced, CA
  • KHTN – Merced, CA
  • KWLZ – Redding, CA
  • KCMX (Lite 102) – Medford, OR
  • KZBD – Spokane, WA
  • KEYF – Spokane, WA
  • KUJ – Tri-Cities, WA
  • KKAJ – Ardmore, OK
  • WYSX – Ogdensburg, NY
  • WFRY – Watertown, NY
  • WRMM – Rochester, NY
  • KMYZ – Tulsa, OK
  • KXOJ – Tulsa, OK

Each Participating Station will promote the Promotion in its respective market and direct listeners to participate through that station’s designated website. Eligible entries received from all Participating Stations will be pooled together for the applicable Entry Period drawing as described above. All Participating Stations operate under these common Official Rules.
