General Rules (Applies to all contests) 1) Some restrictions apply. 2) Prizes are not redeemable for cash from WFRY-FM or it's sponsors. 3) All winner's calls may be used for rebroadcast for promotional purposes. 4) All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the winning date. 5) Winner must pick up prize during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm and present one form of identification. 6) One winner per household every 30 days. Special Contest Rules for Cash Prize Promotions $100 or More Cash Prize Contests  1) All cash winners MUST be 18 Years or older and live in New York State. 2) No one individual can win a cash prize more than once in the entire duration of any above named promotion. For example, if you win $$$$ on the Money Song of the day contest, you're done. 3) Legal identification (ie: New York State Driver's License) and Social Security Number MUST be presented for Cash Prize pickup listed above. 4) The Grand Prize:  FIRM. Grand Prize may NOT be redeemed for cash. Any applicable taxes on the Grand Prize are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Any applicable permits and installation costs will also be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner / Homeowner. 5) Froggy 97 Contest Sponsors, their employees and immediate family members are ineligible.
